We ship from India to Canada and the USA via tracked international courier (DHL/FedEx/India Post EMS).
Standard Shipping
10–15 business days · CAD $15–$25
Express Shipping
5–7 business days · CAD $35–$55
Free Shipping on orders above CAD $300.
All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Most clothing items under CAD $200 enter Canada duty-free under casual importation. For wedding orders exceeding this, we provide commercial invoices for smooth customs clearance.
Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy from delivery for non-custom items in original condition with tags attached.
Important Notice:
Custom/made-to-measure orders are non-refundable but we will work with you on alterations guidance if the fit isn’t perfect.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
